    Windsome Farms, an 80-acre equestrian estate and training center, was sold for $17.45 million, according to Atlantic Western Realty Corp. Windsome Farms Limited, managed by Robin Koenig of Houston-based Transworld Oil USA, sold the equestrian property at 13560 Indian Mound Road to an affiliate of Helgstrand Dressage, a company that trains horses and riders for dressage competitions at the Olympic level.
